Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort
There are two beach access locations at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort.
Private: The main resort beach access is located at the Beach House restaurant (former Elephant Walk Restaurant) across from Luau.
Private: The second beach access is located in between Westwinds (red roof) and Southwinds (green roof) condominiums. There is a gravel parking area at this beach access where you can park, but no public restrooms or tiki huts like at the main beach access.
Private: TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort Beach Access is located within the resort, and has bathroom facilities, picnic shelters, etc.. Topsail access also covers a huge expanse of land bordered by Emerald Coast Parkway to the north, Scenic 30A to the east and Four Mile Village near Sandestin® towards the west. The gleaming gulf of course is to the south and it is paralleled by with dunes that climb up to almost thirty feet tall. There are inland lakes in the forested interior and a raised wooden walkway part of the way for woodland tours.
