The water park boasts two lazy rivers, countless water slides, a wave pool, and a large swimming pool with beautiful water features. There are also multiple slide and splash play areas for the wee ones. Ample seating on the decks around the pool, ice-cream, food, and drinks (including a few frozen adult beverage options) make for a place to spend a full day.

Harborwalk Village Family-Fun Nights
Harborwalk Village on the Destin Harbor is one of the best places to hang out when in Destin. Visit during the day for shopping and dining and then stick around in the evening for concerts, fireworks, and other cool family-fun events.
- Saturdays starting at 6:30, they Rock the Docks at Harborwalk.
- Mondays, swing by at 7 to enjoy a silent disco in front of the main stage. Put on headphones and jive to your favorite tune. It’s groovy, baby.
- Tuesday, let the good times roll for the Fat Tuesday parade. There’s no rule saying that Carnival only has to come once a year…and if there is, who cares? Harbowalk doesn’t play by the rules. Show up at 6:30 PM and get ready to shout, “Throw me something, Mister!”
- On Thursdays, get ready to be red, white, and blew away at the All American Thursday vintage airshow and fireworks display. Events start at 6:30 PM.

Take an Adventure Tour to Crab Island
If you have a boat, kayak, or paddleboard, then make your way over to the infamous Crab Island sandbar on the bayside of Destin Harbor. You can’t miss it. As you cross the bridge toward the Destin Harbor, you’ll see hundreds of boats dotting the Caribbean-blue seascape. Giant inflatables, a tiki bar, and so much more populate this glittering landscape.
Crab Island is one of Destin’s most iconic to-dos, but it’s only accessible by boat. Adventure Tours are available and take you to Crab Island where you can play on inflatables and swim among the boats. You’ll also get to stop at the Gulf Islands National Seashore as well. Destin is considered the world’s luckiest fishing village. A big part of this is because you can catch some deep-sea swimmers not too terribly far from the harbor.
